Clear garnet color. Great aromas of dried herbs, woodland and dried strawberries. Duck meat, chicken stewed in red wine sauce, roast beef with sweet and sour sauce, and balsamic sauce also go well.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, full bodied with 14% alcohol. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry, blackberry, plum, spice, chocolate, black pepper, pepper, vanilla and soft tannins. Recommended for meat dishes with red wine sauce. Also for sukiyaki.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and further aged in bottle. Black forest fruits, prunes and bitter chocolate spiced with white pepper. Open the cap 1 hour before drinking. It is ideal for dishes with a strong aroma, such as cheese.
